Patent Heather sketch prelim

One of Spree's main enemies, Patent Heather, who is disgusted by the fact people don't like working as much as she, so she punishes her employees at J.R. Herringbone. She then gets out of control and gets extremely evil.

Her real name is Linen Heather Strohmeier.
